Payments: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges).
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products and online courses, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific product's sales page or required by applicable law. For coaching services, refund policies will be outlined in your specific coaching agreement.
All content included as part of the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Forge Fitness or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends, or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms.
